Refund Policy

Use the 24-hour trial to judge quality before you pay a long term.

Paid plans: if credentials never arrive and we cannot activate within a reasonable window after payment, you are entitled to a refund of that order.

After a successful activation, refunds are handled case by case within 24 hours if the service is materially unusable on a supported device and we cannot repair it. Peak-hour congestion on your home Wi-Fi is not a defect in the plan.

Chargebacks without contacting support first may freeze the account.
